Welcome! Here’s a little about me!

Hello, I’m Zuri Reich.

I’ve been fascinated with animals from my earliest memories. (Click here for my earliest memory post) I grew up with so many different pets! Everything from scaled, furred, and feathered!

My first job in high school was at a local Pet Shop. Then, I added in a few hours of work per week at a stable in trade for English Horseback Riding Lessons in Bunker Hill, WV. That was only the start.

My work transitioned into Equine Veterinary Medicine, a Ferrier Service Handler, an English Discipline Boarding/Training Farm, and I owned a Pet Service Business.

Then Small Animal Veterinary Medicine became my primary focus. Over a decade of working in several hospitals gives me experiences with dogs and cats I can never forget or replace. And now I am sharing some of my passion in this Blog!

Follow my blog, This is Z Life, as I share what I have learned and continue to learn with Anatolian Shepherd Dogs, Chickens, Horses, and Ponies. Signup for my This is Z Life email newsletter (click here):
